Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The products were purchased in the last 14 days
  2. The following Goods cannot be returned:
  3. The supply of product made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  4. The supply of the product which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  5. The supply of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  6. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Other Conditions

  1. You can only avail refund if we fail to consider your needs at the time of designing software or if our product doesn’t meet your requirement.
  2. False information of the customer will be treated as a dishonest person and such a person can’t avail any refund. That is at the time of purchase, information such as the address, phone number etc. of the buyers are vital.
  3. We will start the refund process only after detecting the problem. For this, we will provide assistance services. If nothing detected you cannot avail a refund.
  4. If you detect any limitations for the product, you will be responsible to communicate with our support service.
  5. User should follow the user manual of the product and problem beyond such instruction is not eligible to get a refund.
  6. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
